After nearly four years since the last Rip Off Comix was published, it returned with this issue - the "Big Comeback Issue!."

Front cover by Gilbert Shelton. The back cover is a painting by Canadian artist Carl Chaplin, "Waking Up to Reality in the White House". It is an image of a mushroom cloud over the White House. A very nice piece.
